Staff members at Atlas Environmental work daily with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies Regarding Clean water Act 404 and 401 permits. Atlas Environmental staff maintains good working relationships with these regulatory agencies and their agents while aggressively pursuing permits to meet the needs of clients.
Project Examples:
Stream & Wetland Delineation – Douglas County, Georgia
Atlas Environmental staff conducted a pedestrian survey of this project that totaled 121 acres. During the field evaluations Atlas staff observed four streams, eleven wetlands, and one farm pond. Staff completed the Waters delineation, a Federal protected species field survey, and a cultural/historic resource preliminary survey for the client. The Waters delineation was approved by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Project impacts require an Individual Permit which is in process.
401 / 404 Permitting – Lancaster County, South Carolina
Atlas Environmental staff performed a pedestrian survey of this project consisting of 15 acres. This project required an immediate delineation and permit so staff worked with the client and project team closely through the entire process to making sure the client’s project remained on schedule.
